3. Quotations

All quotations are provided following a site survey and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may vary if the scope of work changes following the initial survey. All quotations are provided in writing.

4. Workmanship Guarantee

All completed work is covered by a workmanship guarantee. The length of the guarantee depends on the type of work carried out and materials used, and will be clearly stated in your written quotation. Guarantees apply to workmanship only and are subject to fair use and proper maintenance of the roof.

5. Payment

Payment terms will be agreed in writing before work commences. We do not require full payment in advance. Deposit amounts, where applicable, will be stated in your written quotation.
